I-80 Logistics Hub is a 138 acre site located right on I-80 with quick access to all of Greater Omaha, Lincoln and beyond.

This industrial park has a total of seven lots ranging from 7 to 43 acres. This site is one of the Metro's few 'Certified Go Ready' sites and includes large shovel-ready industrial tracts, build to suit possible and foreign trade zone/alternative.

White Lotus Group has completed an approximately 300,000 square-foot Class-A industrial building on Lot 2 anchored by XPO Logistics and a 100,000 SF industrial building on lot 4 occupied by Home Depot and Scooters Coffee. Building 2 and 3 will include opportunities for future build-to-suit facilities - approximately 368,280 SF and 308,880 SF. This location is ideal, with close proximity to I-80 Interchange and utilities to the site.

Brook Valley Corporate Park

Brook Valley Industrial Park is the newest flexible industrial development that aims to address a shortage in high quality product of this kind. Located off of busy 108th and Giles Road and less than 5 minutes from I-80, the buildings feature attractive modern designs and multiple bay sizes to accommodate clients’ needs for light industrial flex space, office space and/or outdoor storage yards.

Building One, 16,200 SF, was completed in July 2021 for eTruck - an electric engine manufacturer. Additional buildings will break ground in the future.
