Bharat has a Bachelors in Architecture from JJ College, India and a Masters in Real Estate Development from University of Southern California. He has a passion for designing and developing spaces according to the principles of Vastu Shastra and Green Design. He has over 14 years of experience with projects ranging from high-end resorts, planned residential communities, golf courses, condo development, custom homes, offices, etc.
Bharat is an active member of USGBC (US Green Building Council) and frequently gives presentations on green design communities and the benefits of Vastu Shastra. He is the founder and director of One World Retreat organization which promotes the design and development of holistic retreats and communities all over the world. This organization is presently working with developers in US to design and develop eco communities on the principles of Vastu and Green Design.

Navin has a Bachelors in Architecture, University of Florida and a Masters in Architecture, from University of Michigan. He has national and international architectural experience. He has contributed to projects ranging from residential to commercial developments including three temples projects designed on the principles of Vastu. He is highly skilled in design, project management and green design.

Manish Gupta, MS, MBA

Manish has a MS in Engineering from Univ. of Rhode Island and a MBA from George Washington University. He has over 22 years of very well-diversified experience in design, engineering, fabrication and installation of both land-based and sea-based systems. Manish has executed over 100 different projects as Project Manager and Lead Engineer, with varying degrees of complexity and ranging from $10K to $42M, for both US and international clients in Canada, UK, Finland, Sweden, and S. Korea.
Manish has a passion for innovative real-estate design and development solutions, and has over 8 years of real-estate construction, management, renovation and development experience running his own small business. Among extensive expertise in traditional mechnical and power systems, he also specializes in alternative & renewable energy systems and green technology solutions. With his broad based experience and highly technical acumen he brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to our firm.
Neena Gupta, MS
Sr. Structural Engineer
Neena has a BS in Civil Engineering from India and MS in Structural Engineering from Univ. of Rhode Island. She has over 20 years of professional experience in design, engineering and construction management of commercial, residential and educational building structures, both in US and abroad including India, Poland and Uganda. Neena is highly proficient with building codes, safety regulations, design guidelines, engineering software analysis, and inspection & approval processes. Her unique strength lies in analyzing and executing very complex building design solutions.
